Aging: For 12 months in new French oak barrels.
Colour: Opaque ruby red.
Aroma: Ripe black and red fruit, with delicate floral nuances and hints of shrubbery to add freshness.
Flavour: Harmonious and balanced, with soft tannins giving structure and strength to the wine, in harmony between the fruit and aromas that are maintained in a long and persistent finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (high potential).
Harmonisation: Red meat or game.
