Quinta do Covão Reserve Encruzado White
Grape varieties: Encruzado.
Vinification: Fermentation for 20 days in new French oak barrels.
Aging: For 9 months in new French oak barrels with batonnage.
Colour: Citrine with slight golden tones.
Aroma: Notes of white-fleshed fruits and very well integrated wood.
Flavour: In the mouth it is fresh with good structure and complexity which gives it a long and persistent finish.
Serve: 8⁰ to 10⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Cold salads, white meats, fish and seafood.
