    Quinta de San Michel Galego Dourado Magnum

    Grape varieties: Galego Dourado.
    Vinification: Hand-harvested, destemmed and crushed, followed by direct pressing. Decanting (24 hours) and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 22 days.
    Aging: For 6 months in used French oak barrels on the lees and 12 months in the bottle.
    Colour: Straw yellow.
    Aroma: Intense and expressive, with notes of matches, gunpowder and citrus fruits such as mandarin and green apple, as well as hints of freshly cut herbs.
    Flavour:
    Elegant and refined, with lively acidity and salinity lending great freshness. The texture is enveloping, with good volume in the mouth, in addition to a mineral profile that is refined and very balanced.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Fish dishes, salads and white meats.
