Quinta das Bágeiras Pai Abel Red
Grape varieties: Baga 80% e Touriga Nacional 20%.
Aging: Fermentation and ageing in used French oak barrels, then transferred to a small wooden vat where it remained until bottling without any fining or filtering.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Huge aromatic complexity with notes of damp earth, moss, spices, wild berries and balsamic.
Flavour: It shows body, powerful tannins and acidity, a powerful but polished wine with a very long finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Baked and grilled meat dishes.
