Grape varieties: 50% Touriga Nacional from the Passarela-Outeiro vineyard and 50% from Quinta da Pellada, Baga and field blend from the old vineyard.
Vinification: Manual selection and traditional fermentation.
Aging: 30 months in used 400L barrels.
Colour: Intense and lively.
Aroma: Very concentrated aroma, modern and vigorous style.
Flavour: Notes of jam, game and toast. Fine, high-quality tannins with great complexity.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red and white meat dishes, oven-baked or grilled.
