Grape varieties: Encruzado.
Vinification: Manual selection and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats, with little extraction.
Aging: 15 months in three 400-litre second/third-use oak casks.
Colour: Intense and lively.
Aroma: Fresh and mineral profile, complex aroma, with citrus and floral notes, as well as a strong mineral profile.
Flavour: Tense and vibrant, with noticeable acidity, it impresses with its lightness despite its excellent volume in the mouth.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Fish dishes, cod and white meats.
