Grape varieties: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinto Cão, among others.
Aging: 20 months in new and second year French oak barrels.
Colour: Deep Ruby.
Aroma: Aroma of forest fruits, eucalyptus leaf, pine and prunes.
Flavour: Solid, with great structure, but with the balance and elegance typical of Gaivosas. Great complexity and with many good years ahead of it.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Storage (10 to 25 years) .
Harmonisation: Grilled or baked red meat dishes.
