Prazo da Cotovia Late Harvest
Grape varieties: Moscatel Galego Branco.
Vinification: This wine is the result of the 2017 and 2018 harvests, made from dehydrated grapes picked in the last week of November. Fermented with the skins for a month in used French oak barrels (3rd year).
Aging: 90% in barrels for 4 years and the rest in stainless steel.
Colour: Clear, intense golden colour with a clear, thick appearance.
Aroma: Aroma of stone fruit, citrus fruits and honey.
Flavour: Complex and intense flavours of ripe stone fruit (apricot) and the grape variety, moderate sweetness and a fresh finish.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (50 years).
Harmonisation: Desserts, Roquefort cheese, Foie Gras.
