Portugal Boutique Winery Guyot Red
Grape varieties: Old Vines.
Vinification: Manual harvest, total destemming, followed by fermentation conducted with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature, in order to obtain slow fermentation with high extraction.
Aging: 500 litres of French oak for 12 months.
Colour: Ruby bright.
Aroma: Aroma of forest fruits, redcurrant and black plum, enveloped in a bouquet led by vanilla.
Flavour: Fresh notes reminiscent of mint and pine, which appear in the second instance after decanting.
Serve: 16-18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, white meat and game.
