    Grape varieties: Rabigato.
    Vinification: Manual harvest, reception without destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold decanting for 2 days at 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.
    Aging: 500-litre French oak barrels for 12 months + 24 months in the bottle.
    Colour: Straw yellow.
    Aroma: The nose reveals citrus and mineral notes, unmistakable characteristics of the Rabigato grape variety
    Flavour: On the palate, it impresses with its vibrant acidity and creamy texture, culminating in a complex and persistent finish that highlights its remarkable potential for longevity.


    Serve: 10-12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.
