Grape varieties: Baga.
Vinification: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the classic method.
Aging: 20 months in bottle.
Colour: Light salmon.
Aroma: Fresh fruity aroma with strawberry and redcurrant in evidence.
Flavour: On the palate, the bubbles are fine and smooth, with fresh and delicate flavours and a creamy, persistent finish.
Serve: 10-12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Seafood, fish, white meat and appetisers.
