Grape varieties: Baga.
Vinification: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 17ºC. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method.
Aging: 20 months in bottle.
Colour: Pale copper.
Aroma: Intense and complex aroma, dried fruits and bread yeast stand out in an austere ensemble.
Flavour: On the palate, the bubbles are fine and abundant, with a smooth and creamy foam. It reveals freshness and persistence on the finish.
Serve: 10-12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Seafood, fish, white meat and appetisers.
