Pintas Red 2021
Grape varieties: A single 90-year-old plot with around 40 indigenous Douro grape varieties.
Vinification: Selection and partial destemming, fermentation in vats with foot treading for 10 days.
Aging: French oak barrels for 20 months.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Complex, sophisticated and harmonious, with notes of black cherry and blackcurrant, as well as spices with intense minerality.
Flavour: Concentrated, elegant and surprising, with perfect tannins, prominent fruit and a very long finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Great gastronomic vocation, grilled or oven-baked meat dishes.
