Pinhal da Torre Alqueve Reserva White
Grape varieties: Verdelho, Alvarinho and Arinto.
Vinification: Vinified using the traditional process in stainless steel vats with fermentation temperatures of around 15ºC.
Aging: Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Notes of mint, ripe citrus fruit and tropical fruits.
Flavour: Very smooth on the palate, all balance, with a fresh acidity that reinforces its gastronomic character.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Salads, soft cheeses, fish, shellfish and white meats.
