Pêra Manca Branco 2023

Grape varieties: Arinto and Antão Vaz.
Aging: After fermentation in stainless steel and French oak barrels, it ages on fine lees with periodic batonnage for 12 months.
Colour: Straw yellow.
Aroma: Notes of white-fleshed fruit and dry vegetable, elegant with soft smoky notes.
Flavour: Lively acidity and medium body, structured and creamy with a long and slightly bitter finish.


Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
