Pégaso Black and White 2020

Pégaso Black and White originates from an old dry-farmed vineyard of the Alicante Bouschet variety, planted on schist soils, with a little Arinto added to increase freshness. An aromatic wine with notes of wild berries and a hint of florals, as well as cocoa and coffee, it is complex, intense and seductive, bearing the signature of Fábio Fernandes.

    Pégaso Black and White 2020

    Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet 93% e Arinto 7%.
    Aging: 15 months in used French oak barrels.
    Colour: Deep garnet.
    Aroma: Intensely aromatic, wild berries and slightly floral, cocoa and coffee.
    Flavour:  Highly complex, with pronounced, high-quality tannins. Long, balanced and seductive finish.

    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Storage.

    Harmonisation: Oven-roasted meat, black pork feathers, lamb stew.
