Vinification: Direct whole bunch pressing, cold decanting, fermentation in new barrels with bâttonage.
Aging:18 months on fine lees followed by 7 months in bottle before release.
Colour: Citrine yellow.
Aroma: Fresh, mineral nose with some notes of cream.
Flavour: The attack is dense, rich with good acidity.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Grill and oven dishes.
