    Maçanita Letra F Os Canivéis Red

    Grape varieties: A blend of 11 grape varieties.
    Vinification: Partial destemming of the grapes combined with whole bunches, maceration for 40 days.
    Aging: Aged for 18 months in neutral French oak barrels.
    Colour: Light ruby violet. 
    Aroma: Notes of fresh fruit and dark chocolate.
    Flavour: On the palate, the attack is creamy, with firm, long-lasting tannins.

    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate.

    Harmonisation: Pairs well with dark meats, Asian food and spicy cheeses.
