Maçanita Arinto of Azores 2024

Grape varieties: Arinto from the Azores 100%.
Vinification: Selective manual harvesting in 20kg baskets, whole bunch pressing, transfer after 12 hours to 600-1000 litre fermentation vats.
Aging: 10 months on lees.
Colour: Clean citrus yellow.
Aroma: Pure mineral, citrus aroma with hints of grapefruit.
Flavour: A tense, fresh attack with very present minerality and acidity, as well as good persistence and salty notes.


Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.


Harmonisation: An ideal partner for oysters, barnacles and bivalves. It also works with grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.
