    Maçanita Arinto of Azores Solera

    Grape varieties: Arinto from the Azores 100%.
    Vinification: Selective manual harvesting in 20kg baskets, whole bunch pressing, transfer after 12 hours to 600-1000 litre fermentation vats.
    Aging: 4-year-old solera.
    Colour: Clean straw yellow.
    Aroma: Intense tertiary aroma, yet mineral at the same time.
    Flavour: Presence of iodine, honeycomb, citrus. Tense attack, very textured, complex, and intense. With minerality and acidity present.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: A more intense and complex profile, while remaining fresh and mineral, ideal with seafood rice, açorda (bread soup), fish broth, and caldeirada (fish stew).
