Liberalitas Red
Grape varieties: Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon and Touriga Nacional.
Aging: Ageing in stainless steel vats for 9 months followed by final blending and light filtration.
Colour: Grenada.
Aroma: Fresh woodland fruit (redcurrant), associated with elegant vegetal notes (rock-rose) and floral (violet).
Flavour: Very good structure, balanced acidity. Concentrated, with very smooth tannins. Elegant and fresh on the finish.
Serve: 16⁰ a 18⁰.
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Grilled red meats, cod dishes and sausages.
