    Grape varieties: Frühburgunder, Spätburgunder, Portugieser.
    Aging: Ageing in stainless steel tanks.
    Colour: Bright, lively rosé. 
    Aroma: Notes of citrus and mandarin peel, plus a slight hint of green peach, followed by notes of red fruit.
    Flavour: Incredible freshness, the fine acidity doesn't dominate, but rather a delicious, slightly salty minerality.

    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate.

    Harmonisation: Fresh oysters with a little lemon juice.
