Aging: Ageing in stainless steel tanks, followed by 5 years in the bottle.
Colour: Crystal clear lemon yellow.
Aroma: The fragrance is full of a bright and extremely noble minerality, radiating an enormous amount of complex aromas, with refreshing citrus fruits in the background.
Flavour: Wonderfully dry, crystalline and precise, as well as light despite its concentration, with a simply brilliant flavour, a great Riesling.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: An ideal accompaniment to fish dishes, white meats and dishes with savoury components.
