    Grape varieties: Alvarinho and Trajadura.
    Aging: 48 months followed by "remoage" and "degorgement".
    Colour: Lemon yellow.
    Aroma: Fine and persistent bubble, elegant and complex aroma.
    Flavour: Full-bodied, dry, good acidity, fresh, crisp and creamy with a persistent finish.

    Serve: 8⁰
    Consumption: Immediate.

    Harmonisation: Grilled fish, salads and sushi.
