Já Te Disse White is a 100% Viognier from a 15-year-old vineyard. The blend, selected from a manual harvest, resulted in a limited edition of 3600 bottles. A complex wine, with notes of white flowers and apricot, as well as being very gastronomic and persistent.

    Já Te Disse White

    Grape varieties: Viognier (100%).
    Vinification: Temperature-controlled stainless steel vat.
    Aging: Stainless steel vat.
    Colour: Clean citrus yellow.
    Aroma: Complex white flowers and apricot notes.
    Flavour: Dry and of good structure, with mouth volume and sensation of sweetness. Robust, fresh and citric. Gastronomic, persistent and an exciting and gluttonous finish.

    Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
    Consumption: Immediate.

    Harmonisation: Cold salads, white meats, fish, seafood and mild cheeses.
