Aging: Stainless steel vat.
Colour: Clean citrus yellow.
Aroma: Complex white flowers and apricot notes.
Flavour: Dry and of good structure, with mouth volume and sensation of sweetness. Robust, fresh and citric. Gastronomic, persistent and an exciting and gluttonous finish.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Cold salads, white meats, fish, seafood and mild cheeses.
