Intus Red
Grape varieties: Trincadeira and Aragonez.
Vinification: Foot treading, followed by spontaneous fermentation. Light pressing into small stainless steel tanks. After decanting, the wine is bottled without filtration or stabilisation.
Aging: Aged entirely in stainless steel tanks, the purity of the fruit and the natural texture of the wine is maintained without intervention.
Colour: Open in colour, a beautiful ruby red.
Aroma: A very pure aroma of red fruits, with cherries standing out.
Flavour: On the palate, its lightness and fresh acidity provide context for a light texture of juicy, delicate tannins.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Ready for immediate consumption at the table and good company away from it.
