Insula Chão de Sal Red Saborinho

Grape varieties: Saborinho, Bastardo, Rufete, Syrah.
Vinification: Destemming, crushing and natural fermentation, followed by two weeks of skin contact, and gentle pressing to extract the contents of the whole grapes.
Aging: Stainless steel.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: A profile dominated by fresh red fruits, accompanied by hints of spice.
Flavour: On the palate, it is a light and very refreshing red wine, well-structured with smooth tannins.


Serve: 14 a 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.


Harmonisation: White meat, game and risottos.
