    Insula Arinto of Azores

    Grape varieties: Arinto dos Açores.
    Vinification: Gentle pressing of whole bunches, with separation of two types of must. Decanting after 12 hours of sedimentation. The first pressing fraction ferments in vertical stainless steel vats and the rest in horizontal stainless steel vats and French oak barrels (15%).
    Aging: In the barrels and vats where it fermented.
    Colour: Lemon yellow.
    Aroma: Citrus fruits with a tropical touch combined with the salinity provided by the Atlantic environment and the typical minerality of volcanic basalt soils.
    Flavour: Fresh, very mineral and salty.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.
