Fitapreta White Talha

Grape varieties: Wardrobe, Silver Trincadeira, White Alicante, Fernão Pires.
Vinification: Direct pressing without crushing. Decanting for 6-12 hours and only the second pressings are placed in carvings weighed down in the traditional way with a mixture of pine resin and beeswax.
Aging: 12 months on lees.
Colour: Straw citrus yellow. 
Aroma: A different white, marked by the carving, based first on the fruit and freshness of the grape varieties, with a second dimension dominated by the earthy, almost chemical notes of the carving.
Flavour: Some texture in the mouth, always supported by tension and acidity.


Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.


Harmonisation: It goes well with fresh salads, pasta, fish that reinforce the earthy notes such as mushrooms, beetroot, truffle and fresh citrus notes.
