Entre Pedras Vinha da Furna
Grape varieties: Arinto dos Açores.
Vinification: Hand-harvested, foot-treaded and fermented in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts.
Aging: Stainless steel. After bottling, the bottles are placed 12 metres underground, inside a lava tube, where they are left to age for four years.
Colour: Lime green.
Aroma: Fresh fruit, minerality, sulphur and iodine.
Flavour: Freshness and excellent acidity, marked salinity and minerality.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Fish, seafood, white meats, sushi and vegetarian dishes.
