Entre Pedras Terrantez do Pico

Grape varieties: Terrantez do Pico.
Vinification: Gentle foot treading before pressing, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, where only the tear must is used. Sulphiting after malolactic fermentation.
Aging: Stainless steel.
Colour: Lime green.
Aroma: Very delicate floral aromas, as well as saline and reductive of the volcanic terroir.
Flavour: A very elegant wine, with well-integrated acidity.


Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate.


Harmonisation: Fish, seafood, white meats, sushi and vegetarian dishes.
