Entre Pedras Efusivo Red
Grape varieties: Merlot and Syrah.
Vinification: Manual destemming and subsequent 20-day carbonic maceration. Gentle pressing in a vertical stainless steel press.
Aging: On fine lees until the date of bottling.
Colour: Open Ruby, reminiscent of claret.
Aroma: Nose with lots of sulphur, reductive but without ever losing the light, fairly young fruit component.
Flavour: On the palate, it's elegant but with attitude, the result of its longer carbonic maceration. Later, more saline notes appear, overlapping the initial more volcanic notes.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Very interesting to combine with light vegetarian and Thai meals and various grilled fish and lean meats.
