Encinas Bierzo 2021

Encinas Bierzo is a 100% Mencía vinified in cement tanks with total maceration and aged in 2500L oak foudres. A very expressive wine, with notes of violets, black pepper, blackcurrant and a touch of wild herbs, with fine but firm tannins, bright acidity, leading to a savoury, mineral and almost saline finish, as well as being very persistent.
