El Enemigo As Bravas Malbec
Grape varieties: 95% Malbec, 5% Semillón
Vinification: Fermentation in concrete vats at an average temperature of 26ºC with 30% whole bunches, cold maceration for 5 days, followed by a 60-day infusion with minimal movement.
Aging: 64-month ageing in old oak casks.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Intense aromas of ripe blackberries, dried spices and liquorice, a hint of fresh herbs and floral nuances of violet.
Flavour: Infinite complexity, combining a dense and vibrant texture with supreme elegance. Fresh and mineral, it has an incredibly long and impressive finish, with notes of graphite and ultra-refined tannins.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Gastronomic, accompanying red and white meats, as well as game.
