Aroma: Complex and vibrant, with a range of particularly spicy floral and fruity aromas, almost peppery.
Flavour: Crystalline acidity and fine breed, and a smoothness full of character.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Ideal with fish, veal, scallops and lobster.
