    Vinification: Careful manual harvesting, gentle pressing, followed by fermentation and ageing in large wooden barrels and stainless steel containers.
    Aging: Large wooden barrels and stainless steel containers.
    Colour: Lemon yellow. 
    Aroma: Complex and vibrant, with a range of particularly spicy floral and fruity aromas, almost peppery.
    Flavour: Crystalline acidity and fine breed, and a smoothness full of character.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.
