Grape varieties: Pinot Noir.
Vinification: Hand-picked, completely destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Aging: Stainless steel 16-18 months.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Delicate aromas of black fruit, hints of earthy truffles, dried herbs and rose petals.
Flavour: Ripe red fruits, such as cherries and juicy blackberries, with a subtle hint of spice, which gives the wine depth and complexity. Velvety tannins and well-integrated acidity provide balance and structure. The finish is long and persistent.
Serve: 15⁰ a 17⁰
Consumption: Storage.
Harmonisation: Red and white meat dishes, game, mushrooms and classic French cuisine.
