Grape varieties: Pinot Noir.
Vinification: Hand-picked and rigorously selected grapes undergo fermentation with indigenous yeasts to ensure an authentic expression of the vineyard.
Aging: 13 to 24 months in wood, only in large barrels.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Subtle and refined, with aromas of cherry, wild strawberry and redcurrant, floral touches, mild spices and hints of forest.
Flavour: Delicate and harmonious, with silky tannins and beautiful acidity, as well as a fine minerality and a persistent, elegant finish.
Serve: 16⁰ to 17⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red and white meats, game, mushrooms and cheeses.
