Dinâmica Red
Grape varieties: Baga.
Vinification: Hand-harvested. Fermented in vats with very limited extraction and a long maceration with the skins.
Aging: Stainless steel.
Colour: A more intense and vibrant cherry colour.
Aroma: A distinctive and elegant nose, dominated by fruity notes, with a characteristic hint of strawberry and damson, often accompanied by nuances of liquorice and a slight spiciness.
Flavour: On the palate, it is fruity, with a pleasant, elegant structure and an almost velvety texture, and a very fresh and inviting finish.
Serve: 14-16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (7 years).
Harmonisation: Charcuterie, a salad of crunchy vegetables, grilled fish, white meats and grilled poultry, and mature cheeses.
