Filipa Pato and William Wouters are a leading force in the Bairrada region, combining the passion of a Portuguese winemaker with the expertise of a renowned Belgian sommelier.

Organic and biodynamic viticulture, focused on soil health and biodiversity, has been combined with a philosophy of minimal intervention in the winery, resulting in authentic, “unadorned” wines, where native grape varieties ferment with indigenous yeasts according to traditional methods.

The clay-limestone soils and the Atlantic-influenced climate of the Bairrada region shape the native Baga and Bical grape varieties, producing authentic, fresh wines brimming with pure minerality.
