    Vinification: 100% temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel for 15-20 days at 17-19°C with selected yeasts.
    Aging: Stainless steel vat.
    Colour: Straw yellow.
    Aroma: Delicate, fresh and fruity.
    Flavour: Dry, fresh and elegantly harmonious with moderate acidity.
