Damilano Barolo DOCG del Comune di Serralunga d’Alba

Grape varieties: Nebbiolo 100%.
Vinification: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26°C for 20 days.
Aging: 24 months in large 30 litre oak barrels, followed by 12 months in bottle.
Colour: Deep garnet.
Aroma: Noble perfumes with a sweet blend of small red berries, raspberries and cherries, plus a touch of spice and minty notes.
Flavour: Full, harmonious and balanced on the palate with elegant, precise tannins.


Serve: 16º to 17⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.

Harmonisation: Capriolo ai mirtilli con alloro e rosmarino arrosto, beef Bourgignon, slow cooked shredded pork, rib roast.
