Damilano Barbera d’Alba DOC “Lablù”

Grape varieties: Barbera 100%.
Fermentação: Fermentation at controlled temperature for 15 days.
Aging: At least 12 months in large oak barrels of 30 to 50 litres, followed by 2-3 months in the bottle.
Colour: Grenada.
Aroma: Broad and complex, with fruit notes of blackberry and cherry, as well as spicy notes of cinnamon, vanilla and green pepper.
Flavour: Full body and a pleasant freshness and saltiness.


Serve: 16º to 17⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.

Harmonisation: Capriolo ai mirtilli con alloro e rosmarino arrosto, beef Bourgignon, slow cooked shredded pork, rib roast.
