Château Mouton Rothschild 2023
Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 93% and Merlot 7% .
Vinification: Rigorous selection of grapes, which are gently crushed and transferred by gravity to vats, where alcoholic fermentation takes place, allowing the extraction of colour, aromas and tannins from the skins, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 18 months in new oak barrels.
Colour: Deep garnet red with crimson highlights.
Aroma: Aromas of ripe blackberry, with hints of dark chocolate, pastry and toasted hazelnut.
Flavour: On the palate, it is full-bodied, elegant and precise, with integrated tannins and a long finish with notes of cocoa, smoke and graphite.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat dishes, roast lamb and game.
