Catena Zapata Adrianna Vineyard White Bones

Grape varieties: Chardonnay.
Vinification: Catena Zapata Adrianna Vineyard White Bones comes from limestone vineyards planted at an altitude of 5,000 metres. The exotic aromas, with notes of green curry and citrus fruits, as well as ash, green passion fruit and mint, are enveloped by a bright acidity with lots of mineral tension, followed by a long, dry finish.Cold decanting for 10-24 hours at less than 6ºC to extract aromas. The juice is then fermented for around 45-95 days.
Aging: 12-16 months in second, third and fourth use 100% oak barrels.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Aromatic and exotic, with aromas of green fruit, green curry and citrus, as well as ash, green passion fruit and mint.
Flavour: Almost full-bodied, with lots of mineral tension, as well as a bright acidity that takes control, long and dry finish.


Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.


Harmonisation: Fish dishes, white meat and cod.
