Catena Alta Chardonnay 2022

Grape varieties: Chardonnay.
Vinification: Pressing followed by spontaneous fermentation in 500 L French oak barrels for 12-24 days. Battonage, 30% of which does not undergo malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 14 months in first, second and third use French oak barrels (in contact with the lees).
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Aromas of pear and ripe peach, intertwined with delicate citrus and jasmine notes.
Flavour: Rich, concentrated flavours of ripe pear, apple and apricot, with a long, complex finish and crisp, mineral acidity.


Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.


Harmonisation: Fish dishes, risotto and codfish.
