Catena Alta Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 92% e Cabernet Franc 8%.
Vinification: Pressing followed by spontaneous fermentation in 500L French oak barrels for 13-20 days at a temperature of 28°-30°C. Maceration for 15-30 days followed by complete malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 12-18 months in French oak barrels, first, second and third use.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Red pepper and clove spices, as well as currants and tobacco leaf.
Flavour: Firm and juicy, with a full body and well-integrated tannins, as well as a hint of herbaceousness.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: A gastronomic wine that goes well with red and white meats, as well as game.
