Casa de Paços Loureiro Reserve
Grape varieties: Loureiro.
Vinification: It remained on the fine lees for 9 months. 80% fermented in stainless steel and 20% in third-year French oak barrels without toasting for 6 months. It includes 10% of a batch from the previous year's harvest that aged in partially tanned barrels.
Aging: It took place where it fermented for 6 months.
Colour: Clear, light citrus yellow colour.
Aroma: Warm citrus fruit aromas, as well as white flowers.
Flavour: Complex and harmonious on the palate, elegant with a lot of unctuousness, as well as good persistence.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (10 years).
Harmonisation: Baked fish, seafood, white meat and cod dishes.
