Casa de Paços Arinto Reserve
Grape varieties: Arinto.
Vinification: Partial fermentation of 10% of the skins (tanning). Fermentation and partial ageing (66%) in used French oak barrels for 10 months. Batonnage for 6 months.
Aging: Part in stainless steel and part in oak barrels.
Colour: Clear, citrus yellow colour.
Aroma: Enveloping aroma, excellent acidity, good citrus fruit, light wood.
Flavour: The palate reveals citrus notes, well-integrated wood, persistent and captivating.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (15 years).
Harmonisation: Fish and white meat dishes.
